Welcome to Pictolo. These terms are short on purpose.
Pictolo is a puzzle game for personal use. The puzzles, artwork and design belong to Ruth Senior, trading from Ireland. Please don't copy or resell them.
Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-off lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled any time in your iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement applies.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
We work hard to keep Pictolo bug-free and delightful, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
