Everything you put into the app stays on your phone. We have no servers, no accounts and no analytics, and we cannot see your income, expenses, sources, hours or notes.
Your sources, expense items, entries (amounts, dates, optional time and notes) and settings are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of this data, so use the export or the iCloud backup if your records matter to you.
If you choose to back up, the app copies your records into your own personal iCloud storage using Apple's iCloud service. The backup belongs to your Apple account; it never passes through any server of ours and we cannot read it. Restoring simply copies it back to your phone.
The optional lock uses Apple's Face ID on your device. The app only ever learns "unlocked or not"; it has no access to your face data.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active; this involves an anonymous device identifier and receipt data, never your name, email or contacts. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple.
Settings offers a one-tap export of every entry as a spreadsheet file (CSV), and "Start fresh" erases everything on the phone.
